1. Order & Payment

  • Guest & Member Orders: Both members and non-members can place orders. However, membership and newsletter subscription provide additional benefits.

  • Payment Method: Currently, only PayPal is available. Credit card payment will be supported soon.

  • Currency: All transactions are processed in USD.


2. Shipping

  • Origin: All orders are shipped from South Korea.

  • Available Destinations: United States, Australia, Canada. Other countries are possible upon request.

  • Shipping Fee: Flat rate $30. Free shipping on orders over $150.

  • Processing Time: Orders are shipped within 3โ€“4 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Delivery Time: Approximately 1 week for delivery completion.

  • Tracking: Tracking information will be available in your order history once shipped.


3. Customs & Tax

  • No additional customs or VAT charges for customers.

  • If any duties occur, they will be covered by K-Vibe Market.


4. Returns & Exchanges

  • Return Period: Requests must be submitted within 7 days of receipt via email or Q&A board.

  • Non-returnable Items: Opened or used products.

  • Procedure:

    1. Contact us through Q&A board or email.

    2. Confirm return eligibility and refund amount.

    3. Customer ships the item back and shares tracking number.

    4. Refund is issued after the item is received and inspected.

  • Shipping Cost:

    • For customerโ€™s change of mind, return shipping cost is borne by the customer.

    • If the remaining order amount falls below $150 after return, the free shipping benefit is removed and $20 shipping fee is deducted from the refund.

    • For store error (wrong item, defective product), return shipping cost is covered by the store.

5. Refund Policy

  • Out-of-stock or Order Cancellation: Immediate refund.

  • Return Refund: Processed once the returned item is received.

  • Fees: No cancellation fees.

  • Points & Discount Codes: Any used rewards or discount codes will be fully refunded.
