🎁 Rewards & VIP — Full Guide

Welcome to K-Vibe Market. This post explains—step by step—how to earn, redeem, and maximize your benefits with our Rewards & VIP Program. Please read carefully before participating.


💡 Program Basics

  • 💱 Point value: 1P = $1 (when converted to a discount code)

  • 💵 Currency: All thresholds and rewards are in USD

  • 🧭 Where to manage: Use the on-site Rewards widget (floating button) to view your balance, earn rules, and redemption options


🧩 How You Earn Points (Earning Rules)

Action Points Key Conditions
👤 Sign up 10P One time per account. Points appear after account creation is confirmed.
📨 Subscribe to newsletter 2P One time per email. Unsub/Resub does not grant extra points.
🛒 Place an order 5P per $100 Calculated on order subtotal after discounts, excluding shipping, taxes, and gift cards. Points are added after our system confirms the order (typically when fulfilled).
📝 Text review 1P One reward per product per order after your review passes moderation.
📷 Photo review 2P Reward applies when at least one original photo is attached. Only one review reward (text or photo) applies per product per order.

🔎 Example (earning):
Cart subtotal $120 (after discounts; shipping/tax excluded) → 6P
If you also leave a moderated photo review for one item from that order → +2P (review reward)

Notes

  • Points for orders are removed if the order is fully refunded or canceled.

  • If you used points on a refunded order, those points are re-credited once the refund is processed.

  • Abuse (duplicate/fake reviews, spam, multiple accounts, bots, etc.) may result in point forfeiture and account restrictions.


🎟️ How You Redeem (Converting Points to Discounts)

  • 🔄 Exchange units: 1P / 5P / 10P / 20P$1 / $5 / $10 / $20 discount codes

  • 🧾 How to apply: Enter your discount code at checkout (or click “Apply” from the widget)

  • ✉️ Email confirmation: Your earned points and discount codes are sent to your registered email

    • Not seeing emails? Please check your Promotions or Spam folder

  • 🧭 Anytime, anywhere: View balance, exchange points, and copy codes from the Rewards widget

🔎 Example (redemption):
You have 12P. Exchange 10P$10 code and keep 2P for later.
Apply the $10 code at checkout in addition to any eligible store promotions.


🏅 VIP Tiers (Automatic Upgrades)

🥉 Bronze $250+ 5% off
🥈 Silver $500+ 10% off
🥇 Gold $1,000+ 15% off
  • 📈 When your cumulative spend reaches a threshold, your tier is assigned automatically.

  • ⏱️ Tier assessment may take a short time after order confirmation.

🔎 Example (VIP in action):
You are Gold (15%) with a $200 cart.
– VIP auto discount: $30 off
– You also apply a $10 point code (10P) → Final savings $40 before shipping/tax.


🧠 Stacking & Compatibility

  • 🧾 All discount codes are stackable.
    This means you can combine:

    • VIP percentage discount ✅

    • Point-based discount code(s) ✅

    • Other store promo codes (unless a promo explicitly states otherwise) ✅

  • Some auto discounts may apply without a code and still stack with your point codes.


⏰ Point Expiration & Notifications

  • 🗓️ Validity: Points are valid for 1 year from the accrual date.

  • 🔔 Reminder: We send an email 30 days before your points expire.

  • ⛔ Expired points cannot be restored.


🔐 Account, Email & Delivery

  • 📧 Ensure your registered email is correct; this is where point statements and codes are sent.

  • 📥 If emails are missing, check Promotions/Spam.

  • 🛍️ Points for orders appear after our system confirms the order status (generally upon fulfillment). Minor delays can occur during peak periods.


⚠️ Important Policies

  • 👥 Points are non-transferable between accounts.

  • 🔄 Refunds:

    • Earned points on refunded orders are removed.

    • Points used on a refunded order are re-credited.

  • 🛡️ Abuse Prevention: Any points or discounts obtained through fraudulent or abusive activity may be revoked, and the account may be restricted.

  • 📜 For the most current rules, refer to the Rewards widget on our website.
